Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and the specific reason for your return or exchange.
- 2.Document Condition
To ensure a smooth process, please provide clear photographs of the chair and its original packaging to verify that the item is in brand-new, resellable condition.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components back into the original box with all protective materials; once approved, we will provide the return shipping instructions.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement chair within 5-7 business days.
